Warner Bros Trolled The Entire Internet With Pokémon Detective Pikachu “Full Release” on YouTube

Did you fall for it? Because I definitely did.The Internet troll of the week goes to Warner Bros Pictures. On Tuesday, they released a video on YouTube titled “POKÉMON Detective Pikachu: Full Picture”.

It looked so official. It even had the classic “Warner Bros. Pictures” pre-roll that we’ve all come to know and love. It also had a “R. Reynolds” watermark in the top left corner, making it look like a legit ripped version of the movie.

But instead, we got an hour and 42 minutes of dancing Pikachu. Check it out:

Needless to say, the troll got a pretty good response:

This was an even better troll than the original Sonic the Hedgehog design. Good on ya, Warner Bros. Good on ya.
